Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our Mechanical Engineering discipline in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, business development, and project delivery expertise to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our Mechanical Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Mechanical Engineering practice and increase revenue.
  • Lead project delivery teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and delivery processes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in project management and business development.
  • Professional Engineering license and LEED AP certification are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the A/E industry.
