Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's business needs and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, specifications, and other recruitment materials in accordance with the organization's standards.
  • Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate candidate interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Review and follow up on applications, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence and advice to HR and hiring managers on talent pool availability, market salary, and other relevant factors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and external recruitment agencies to foster a positive candidate experience and future pipeline.
  • Utilize skill-based interviewing techniques to test and select candidates, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on established selection criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare job offer components and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
Requirements:
  • Industry experience in recruitment or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
