About the Job

Noah Medical is a rapidly growing company that is changing the face of medical robotics. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Integration Specialist to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring system uptime and supporting design changes throughout all phases of development.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our US and APAC teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to APAC teams on system troubleshooting, installation, repair, and upgrade
  • System Uptime: Ensure system uptime at Noah APAC sites by providing proactive support and troubleshooting
  • Travel: Travel to APAC locations to support animal labs, clinical trials, and regulatory testing
  • Test Cases and Results: Support the execution of system test cases, results analysis, and reports generation
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for issues in design and manufacturing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical experience and aptitude, with expertise in system integration and troubleshooting
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent writing and speaking skills
