Job Title

We are seeking an Advanced Technical Support Professional to join our team, responsible for providing technical support to customers and partners. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux operating systems, Windows operating systems, and networking concepts.

This is a full-time remote position, requiring approximately 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Some travel may be required for industry trade shows, company meetings, or training sessions.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with customers and partners to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to our products. As a level two engineer, you will leverage your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving to deliver exceptional results.

You will be working with a highly motivated team, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Your ability to communicate effectively with engineers, sales teams, and management will be essential in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, or remote tools.
  • Resolving complex technical issues at an advanced operating system level.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Linux operating systems, including init systems and file structure.
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems, particularly in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical support or solution engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
