Regional Tradeshow Manager

Great Day Improvements is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Tradeshow Manager to lead our efforts in the Southeast region.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field and events marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful grassroots marketing programs.
Responsibilities
As the Regional Tradeshow Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth in the Southeast region.
You will work closely with our Sr. Marketing and Media Manager, Regional Managers, and Regional Sales Managers to create and manage all aspects of events and local engagement efforts for our Patio Enclosures and Stanek Windows brands.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing local marketing programs and budgets to maximize ROI
- Hiring, training, and maintaining a team of field marketers across multiple locations
- Engaging potential customers and scheduling in-home consultations with Patio and Stanek Sales Representatives
- Managing and approving payroll entries and updates
- Evaluating data and results to identify areas of improvement
- Conducting performance reviews with field marketing team
- Contributing to social media and company culture efforts
- Supporting Corporate Marketing functions where necessary
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales
- Demonstrated ability to create grassroots marketing programs and build to scale
- Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to oversee budgets and develop reports
- Ability to build and lead a team of field marketers
- Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Must hold a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using personal vehicle
- Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be willing to travel to various markets throughout the country to train, work events, etc. when needed
