Sales Specialist for Infusion Systems

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the sales of infusion systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth in large volume infusion devices
- Protect and upgrade the installed base of B. Braun infusion devices
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet customer needs
- Prepare financial analysis, proposals, and clinical and competitive analysis for customers and prospects
- Manage IV pump evaluations within the territory, including selecting evaluation units, negotiating device quantities, and training hospital personnel
- Negotiate capital equipment proposals and co-manage pricing on captured disposables and services
- Maintain awareness of competitive activity regarding pricing and sales strategies
- Train and support Inside Technical Sales (ITS) representatives as needed
- Drive win-win relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of IV infusion devices at a competitive company or within B. Braun
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Frequent overnight business travel
- Valid driver's license and current automobile registration and insurance
