Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Sales Liaison - Clinical Development to join our team. As a key member of our Coram CVS/specialty infusion services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and expanding our reach through partnerships with hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with case managers, physicians, referral sources, and home health agencies to facilitate patient discharge and coordination of care.
  • Conduct initial infusion set-up and patient/caregiver training on our therapy services and technology, assessing method of administration based on physician orders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and participate in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow core therapy admissions through customer relationships and provide responsive customer service within assigned hospitals.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current license in the state of MO
  • Minimum one year clinical (RN) nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of sales experience (or equivalent)
  • Home healthcare experience/Infusion experience
  • CRNI certification
