We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Concierge/Security Representative to join our team at Aston Gardens. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, guests, and team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out reception duties, including answering phone calls and taking messages.
  • Provide information and directions to residents, guests, and team members.
  • Collate marketing materials and prepare meal tickets for team members and family members.
  • Update resident phone lists, rosters, and move-in/move-out registers daily.
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized desk and entry area.
  • Distribute mail to residents, executive director, and department coordinators.
  • Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • One to three years of customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
