Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Hospital Coordinator/Physician Liaison at KIDZ Medical Services. This key position will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, communicating with healthcare providers, and building strong relationships with hospital personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital staff.
  • Attend and participate in leadership meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding billing and coding matters.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital personnel.
  • Prepare medical billing documents for our services.
  • Work location will be split between West Boca Medical Center and Bethesda Hospital.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/manager level healthcare position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
