Gallery Host

Kolter Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Gallery Host to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

**Job Summary:**

As a Gallery Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
* Coordinate guest requests and inform them of hotel services and amenities
* Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to recipe and presentation standards
* Set up and break down meeting spaces
* Perform cashiering tasks, including bill settlement and adjustments
* Respond to fire alarms, guest medical emergencies, and security threats
* Cancel room reservations according to policy
* Report items in need of repair
* Follow all safety procedures

**Qualifications:**

* Ability to work most weekends and holidays
* Report to work on time and in proper uniform
* Customer service experience in hospitality is a plus
* Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
