Spitzer Automotive is seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers while advancing their careers in a reputable organization. The Parts Supervisor is responsible for managing a productive and profitable parts department by effectively overseeing staffing, customer retention, cost management, and maintaining accurate service records. This role ensures that the daily inventory of technician's time is efficiently allocated to service customers.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of parts staff
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely procurement of parts for internal projects
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the Parts Department
- Participate in management meetings
- Oversee and schedule the activities of all Parts Department personnel
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operations and develop strategies for improved efficiency
- Monitor payroll records for Parts Department employees
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department and across the organization
- Stay informed about and comply with relevant regulations affecting the parts department
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Establish and enforce pricing strategies that balance volume, customer loyalty, and operational costs
- Manage inventory levels to minimize obsolescence
- Address customer complaints promptly and in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in parts management required
- Proven track record of success
- Team-oriented mindset
- Successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
