The Retail Sales Specialist serves as the primary Brand Ambassador for Loro Piana. This individual is a dedicated professional who excels in engaging with customers, fostering relationships, and understanding their unique preferences. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing a personalized client portfolio and will strive to meet the sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the Store Manager. A collaborative team player, the Sales Specialist will maintain a positive demeanor while working closely with colleagues to achieve collective store objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by adhering to company standards during every interaction.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, tailoring the sales approach to align with their needs and lifestyles.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
  • Support team dynamics by assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Monitor personal sales performance and KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Contribute to the overall organization and cleanliness of the store.

Sales

  • Manage the sales process in accordance with Loro Piana's standards.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Proactively track and assess personal performance.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently, demonstrating initiative and understanding of responsibilities.

Client Management and CRM

  • Ensure efficient after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, enhancing the Brand's image.
  • Address customer concerns by escalating issues to the Store Manager as needed.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to new clients and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Capture essential customer data to support CRM reporting strategies.

Product Knowledge

  • Participate in all product presentations across various categories.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of products and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ensure proper care and presentation of products in the store.

Visual Merchandising

  • Assist in maintaining visual displays throughout the store, communicating any issues to the Store Manager.

Inventory Management

  • Stay informed about stock levels to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Participate in annual inventory counts for each product category.

Theft Prevention

  • Adhere to assigned roles to prevent theft and losses, collaborating with colleagues.
  • Remain vigilant regarding missing items and suspicious behaviors, promptly notifying the Store Manager of any concerns.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment.
  • Alignment with the Brand's identity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for Loro Piana products and the Brand itself.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
