Job OverviewThe Administrative Support Coordinator will provide human resources and accounting generalist services and programs support to the community team members, department coordinators, and Executive Director. This role is responsible for providing excellent quality service standards, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting the community's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:- Process payroll and manage time and attendance records
- Manage human resource information systems (HRIS) and track training requirements
- Recruit and onboard new team members, maintain personnel files, and administer benefits
- Provide generalist accounting and administrative services and support, including budgeting and financial reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in human resources and/or accounting
- Experience working in assisted living, home health, full-service skilled nursing, and/or hospitality industries an asset
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
