Position Overview

Summary
The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting nightly audits and assisting guests with their inquiries.

Application Process
Applications for this role will be accepted continuously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage daily audits
  • Generate and distribute operational reports
  • Address guest inquiries throughout the night
  • Compile arrival reports
  • Initiate system interfaces
  • Confirm overnight parking fees
  • Ensure wake-up calls are properly set and executed
  • Prepare revenue center details
  • Transfer expected arrivals and no-shows to the following day
  • Update hotel date, and process room and tax charges
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or guest relations preferred

Additional Information

Supervision Structure
Given:
This role does not include supervisory duties.

Received:
Operates under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, with tasks assigned according to established procedures and regular oversight. Guidance and support are readily available.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to remain on your feet, kneel, and bend for extended periods.

Regularly works in challenging conditions requiring protective gear to mitigate exposure to the elements, as well as in an office environment, and may involve navigating slippery or uneven surfaces.

Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, either independently or with assistance.
