Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager-Front Desk to join our team at Holidayinnclub. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, concierge, security, and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of operational strategies and priorities for front desk, concierge, security, and transportation services
  • Develop and implement guest service strategies, standards, and programs to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
  • Manage department engagement plans, talent review, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing team
  • Assist in adapting and executing predefined guest service strategies, standards, and programs through daily management practices
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and allocate resources to meet financial goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred
  • 2 years of customer-facing service/hospitality experience
