Job Overview

The Remy, a renowned dining establishment, is seeking a skilled Expeditor to join its team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless food service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the serving team and kitchen to facilitate efficient food delivery.
  • Run food on oval trays to ensure timely service.
  • Answer menu questions and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Verify order accuracy to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Call out tickets to notify the serving team of incoming orders.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, as required for the role.
  • Previous experience in a back-of-house (BOH) environment, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate loudly and clearly.
  • Capacity to take direction and collaborate effectively with the team.

Compensation and Availability:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts throughout the week.
