Job Description

At Vuori, Inc., we're seeking an experienced District Manager to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive customer experience across our stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & People Management: Effectively manage Vuori stores in your region, overseeing store operations, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HQ and retail store teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Sales & Operations: Meet and exceed revenue targets, manage store performance, and ensure brand consistency across all stores in your region.
  • Community: Develop and execute community engagement strategies, building relationships with local clients, studios, gyms, teams, and athletes to drive brand awareness and sales.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
  • Obsessive approach to elevating the customer experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in human resources, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $117,500 - $132,500 annually
  • Commission estimated to range from $25,000 to $30,000 annually
