As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families and elementary-aged children during out-of-school hours. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with school administrators to implement our programs and inspiring students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, nurture, and inspire a talented team of educators. Ensure a consistent emphasis on quality and educational excellence across the region. Oversee business operations, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic decisions to enhance revenue and customer retention. Build and maintain positive relationships with families, educators, school leaders, state licensing authorities, community partners, and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead and engage diverse teams. At least 1 year of leadership experience, ideally in a multi-unit setting. Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Compliance with state-specific guidelines for the role. Physical capability to use a computer, lift at least 40 pounds, and work in various environments as required. Experience in budget management and revenue generation is preferred. Familiarity with NAEYC/NAC standards and state licensing regulations is advantageous.
