- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and Director of Renal Services to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate clinical staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Ensure adequate resources are available to staff to perform their job responsibilities
- Dialysis unit leadership experience
- 2+ years experience as a dialysis RN
- Active Vermont nursing license
- People management experience
