**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a dialysis unit with experience in leadership roles, such as Facility Administrator or Nurse Manager.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a dialysis RN, with recent experience in the field.
- Hold an active Vermont nursing license or be willing to obtain one.
- Manage a team with experience in people management, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.
- Experience with dialysis unit surveys.
- Experience with Quality improvement initiatives.
