Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

DaVita is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
