DaVita is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
