Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Breast Surgery Unit. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in breast cancer care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Successful completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a scheduled weekly hours of 40. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
