Primary Care and Sports Medicine LPN, Outpatient Care Provider

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Sports Medicine and Primary Care team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in a variety of healthcare settings.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Successful completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course (Required)
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced outpatient setting.About OhioHealth:
