We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Sports Medicine and Primary Care team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio (Required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
  • Successful completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course (Required)

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
