Job Title: Member Relationship Manager - Countryside

At Northern Credit Union, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Relationship Manager to join our team in the Countryside area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service, building strong relationships with our members, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to our members.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that meet the needs of our members and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our member service and business growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree from an accredited college or university, with a specialized course of study in business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar or related position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional member service and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
