Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our front-of-store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting loyalty programs, and leading by example to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote loyalty programs and credit services to customers, ensuring they are aware of and take advantage of available benefits
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and store standards
  • Train and mentor associates on customer service principles and loyalty program promotion
  • Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ensure associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
  • Partner with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to train others
  • 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

This position has a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
