Position Title: Lead Project Coordinator

Position Summary

The Lead Project Coordinator at Zephyr Towers, L.L.C. is essential in supervising the daily functions of telecommunications projects. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing the construction workflow, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Qualifications

  • Significant experience in overseeing telecommunications teams, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.
  • Field experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading material procurement and logistics operations.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple simultaneous projects efficiently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of raw land development, telecommunications construction methodologies, and safety protocols.
  • Knowledgeable in the installation of tower foundations, trenching for power and telecommunications, stack construction of communication towers, access road construction, compound building, and fencing installation.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software and tracking systems prevalent in the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the highest safety standards across civil and tower crew operations.
  • Lead and manage telecommunications projects from initial planning to successful completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with project team members, field construction managers, field crews, management, and, most importantly, our clients.
  • Delegate projects, build teams, and oversee the efficient execution of projects across various regions.
  • Coordinate with accounting and business development teams to ensure budget adherence.
  • Engage with federal, state, county, and municipal government entities.
  • Identify and manage local subcontractors leveraging existing relationships and our database.
  • Monitor crew progress and provide timely updates as necessary.
