Casa of Hobart is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Specialist to oversee clinical services in our facilities across Northwest Indiana. This role will play a crucial part in driving clinical outcomes and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

About the Role

As a Regional Nurse Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and improving clinical services in assigned facilities
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
  • Scheduling facility visits and regional training meetings
  • Establishing performance improvement goals with local and corporate staff
  • Promoting compliance with Casa's core values, policies, and regulations

You will work closely with our Vice President of Clinical Operations to ensure seamless execution of clinical services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse Consultant
  • A valid Indiana RN license
  • Experience in a Corporate/Regional role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of State and Federal guidelines
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
