Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Doherty Automotive Group. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team and management, including preparing documents, scanning, filing, and organizing.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Logistics: Receive and process incoming mail and packages, and maintain a log of outgoing overnight packages for tracking purposes.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including preparing letters and documents, scanning, filing, and organizing.
  • Accounting: Process check guarantees and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintenance: Maintain the common areas and refill supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Personable Demeanor: Possess a professional appearance and a personable demeanor.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus.
  • Dependability: Be dependable and flexible, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
