  • Designing and executing tactical plans to achieve growth goals
  • Managing and developing a robust sales pipeline
  • Securing and maintaining a healthy new labor backlog
  • Developing key account plans for specific clients
  • Collaborating with other market sector leaders to position and win multidisciplinary projects
  • Serving as capture manager for key client pursuits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 20+ years of experience in the water market
  • Extensive municipal and private client relationships
  • A BS in an engineering field or similar discipline
