Job Overview

As a vital member of CM CHARLOTTE LLC, the HVAC Service Technician plays a crucial role in the installation, upkeep, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position demands a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of an HVAC Service Technician include but are not limited to:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Execute the installation and servicing of various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation setups.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and rectify issues within HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Component Repair: Address and replace malfunctioning parts within HVAC systems, such as motors, compressors, and other critical components.
  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks, including cleaning ducts, changing filters, and inspecting system components for any signs of wear.
  • Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating issues and solutions to clients in a professional manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the HVAC industry through ongoing training and workshops.

Qualifications
