Kroubetz Lakeside Campers Lake Crystal is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven RV Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
- Present and demonstrate inventory to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience
- Stay up-to-date on products and market trends, providing expert knowledge to customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in the recreational vehicle industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively
