Involves standing for extended periods, some sitting, and traveling to various departments as necessary. Requires accurate cash handling and communication through various channels. Completion of assigned online training courses with satisfactory results is mandatory. Professional demeanor and attire are expected in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Teller or equivalent cash handling role.
  • Required Skills:
    • Proficient in Business English.
    • Effective oral communication skills.
    • Experience with extensive face-to-face client interactions.
    • Ability to provide exemplary client service in a professional context.
    • Capability to interpret bank policies and procedures for clients.
    • Ability to manage stress effectively.
    • Competence in handling client interactions requiring tact and diplomacy.
    • Proficient in cash handling and making change.
    • Basic mathematical skills, including interest and percentage calculations.
    • Ability to operate online teller terminals and ten-key calculators.
    • Typing speed of up to 30 words per minute.
    • Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers.
    • Ability to collaborate with others.
    • Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift bags of coins weighing up to 30 lbs.
