Sturdy Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imaging Operations Manager to lead our Radiology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and directing daily activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining equipment standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct Radiologic Technologists, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor image quality, scanning techniques, and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with hospital standards.
- Departmental Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating departmental activities, working closely with Lead Technologists and other stakeholders.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance and training to Radiologic Technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with medical personnel, administration, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program; AS degree in Radiologic Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- License/Certification: Registered A.R.R.T. and Massachusetts State License in Radiologic Technology.
- Experience: Three to five years of progressively responsible experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with supervisory or management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to prioritize and manage workflow, and lead others in meeting patient diagnostic demand.
