Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of Restaurant General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Restaurant Supervisors across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to travel 80-85% within your markets and occasionally outside of your markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
