Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing care.
Requirements:
- RN license in the state required; BSN preferred.
