Veterinarian Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinarian Relations Manager to join our team at The Farmer's Dog. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with veterinary professionals, providing education and support to help them optimize dog health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to engage with veterinary professionals, including outreach, education, and support.
- Collaborate with our Customer Experience team to provide exceptional support to customers and their veterinary care teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our approach to veterinary relations.
- Work closely with our Veterinary Professional Affairs and Relations team to develop and implement initiatives that support the needs of veterinary professionals.
- Contribute to the development of our customer education programs, including content creation and delivery.
- 3+ years of experience in a private practice setting, preferably in general practice.
- Strong understanding of veterinary medicine and customer experience principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with veterinary professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
