Requirements
  • Education: High School or GED
  • Experience: 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment, leading a team
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license, National Food Safety requirement (can acquire during employment)
  • Soft Skills: Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to move from one activity to another quickly, team-oriented, and willing to give extra effort to help others
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Cumberland Farms Inc. locations can be open 24 hours depending on the location. Weekend and holiday hours are required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Specialized attire is required in food establishments, and slip-resistant footwear is required.
