Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable individual with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail to become a vital part of our team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers both in-person and via phone to assess their current and future requirements, ensuring the best service and sales solutions are provided.
  • Receive and inspect incoming products to maintain quality standards.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of company products to effectively communicate our competitive advantages to customers.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support team operations.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Forklift operation experience is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment assessments.
  • Possession of a valid Class E driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical examination is required.
