About Us

A2O Entertainment USA, Inc. is a global culture and technology enterprise led by Producer Soo Man Lee, the founder of K-Pop (SM Entertainment).

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Office Administrator to support our team.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  2. Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior management
  3. Handle phone calls, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
  4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  5. Update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  6. Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
  7. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean or Mandarin
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
