  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
  • Interview patients and providers to create content and stories that can be used across multiple channels.
  • Develop ad copy for physical and digital marketing assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices, technology, and landscape in digital marketing.
  • Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a content developer.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, particularly technical writing expertise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience using content management systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, CRM systems, Meta, etc.).
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to understand audience demographics and create content unique to these audiences.
  • Interview and editorial skills.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and demographic targeting.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Strong organization skills to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and work independently in a demanding, dynamic environment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for marketing as a key growth driver.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to risk of infectious diseases when interacting with patients and/or family members. The employee may be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is typical of a physician's office.
