Qualifications:
- Engaging, warm, and creative personality.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the broader community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EEC certification is preferred.
- Commitment to professional growth within a supportive and inspiring educational environment.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental insurance, generous paid time off, sick leave, opportunities for professional development, education stipends, pension fund contributions, and discounted tuition for children aged 18 months to 5 years.
Compensation: $21-24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
