Job Overview

The Temple Shir Tikva Early Learning Center is seeking a part-time early childhood educator to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive community that fosters a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote children's natural sense of discovery and wonder.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff members, families, and the community to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Provide excellent care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all.

Requirements

  • Warm, engaging, and creative approach to teaching and learning.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • EEC certification preferred.
  • A desire for professional growth and development in a supportive and inspiring teaching community.
