Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team at Blackbird Recruiting. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting intake interviews with new clients and their families, gathering and documenting necessary information for new client assessments, and coordinating and scheduling initial assessments for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients and their families to gather essential information
  • Document and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate client transitions into the program
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients and their families
  • Manage and organize intake documentation and client records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Previous experience in client intake, preferably in a healthcare or ABA setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and related services
