Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate changes to databases, test, and implement database solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.
  • Develop standards and user guidelines to access databases.
  • Modify existing databases and database management systems.
  • Schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products.
  • Monitor database performance and develop optimum values for database parameters.
  • Specify users and user access levels.
  • Identify and evaluate industry trends in database systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of six years of professional experience with six years demonstrated experience with Databases.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Information Technology.
  • Able to accomplish complete and timely deliverables without daily supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated by a record of influencing internal leadership and external customers.
  • Ability to gain or already have a FAA public trust clearance.
