  • Installation of various roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
  • Safe operation of tools and equipment, adhering to OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies.
  • Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the position.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Roofing experience: All levels, with at least 1 year preferred.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Acceptable background check per company standards.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position typically ranges between $20 and $30, based on qualifications and other factors. Tremco offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and continuing education opportunities.
