Role Overview
As the Head of Human Resources Technology at Hashtagweb3, you will oversee a comprehensive suite of technological solutions that facilitate the people operations throughout the employee journey. Your role will involve close collaboration with executives, team leaders, and staff to devise and execute strategies that enhance employee success through effective technology and processes. You will be responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap of the People Technology function, reporting directly to the Head of People Services.
Your Contributions
- Manage a portfolio of technology solutions that support the people operations at every stage of the employee journey.
- Develop and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap for people systems to address organizational needs.
- Transform the relationship with the people team into a strategic partnership, integral to achieving their objectives.
- Lead a team dedicated to the management of existing technical services and the creation of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Analytics to ensure technology design aligns with reporting requirements.
- Implement necessary controls and documentation to comply with security and regulatory standards across all systems.
- Work closely with People leaders to align on their strategic vision and operational priorities.
- Assist the People team in planning and prioritization efforts, focusing on scalable and automated solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical architecture related to HR technology systems.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Experience managing a global organization and collaborating with business partners and analytics teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience driving complex operational projects.
- Ability to partner with security teams to design compliant solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset to achieve shared goals.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
