Job Summary:

Additionally, you will integrate new components into existing systems, continuously evaluate and assess system performance, and contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a fast-paced team to identify opportunities to upgrade or modify sustainment systems.
  • Proactively implement necessary changes for operational effectiveness and responsiveness.
  • Conduct requirements analysis for ongoing and upcoming software projects.
  • Undertake software development tasks, including design and coding.
  • Integrate new components into existing systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and assess system performance.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing systems.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT field and six years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten years of software development experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Four years of experience in software development on systems utilizing cloud-related technologies
  • Proficient in Java development within cloud environments.
  • Experience developing and updating technical documentation
  • Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting computer systems and software
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS
