Job Summary: As a Guest Service Manager at Outrigger Resorts & Hotels, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing hotel guest activities and services. Emphasis is placed on fulfilling guest expectations in all front-of-house activities. You will work closely with property operations, F&B, and sales and marketing to facilitate and own the guest engagement vision for Voyager 47 Club Lounge and Outrigger Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exemplify the image of Aloha through the Outrigger Way, assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger Kona Resort (OKR) policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the Outrigger 4 Keys to creating guests for life are practiced with all guest interactions.
  • Plan and coordinate hotel guest activities and services for all guests, with emphasis on VIPs, Outrigger Discovery (GHA), and Voyager 47 guests.
  • Work closely with property operations, F&B, and sales and marketing to facilitate and own the guest engagement vision.
  • Portray the Ke 'Ano Wa'a values (the Outrigger Way) with all customers, external and internal.
