About the Role

As a Weekend Guest Advocate at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment, making our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash transactions and processing returns and exchanges.
  • Stock supplies and merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, creating an engaging and attractive store display.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
